Welcome to Resonera

AI voice agents that call your leads and customers in English and Indian languages, driven from your own CRM or backend.

Resonera runs AI voice agents that make and answer phone calls. The API lets your own systems do everything the dashboard does for calling: set up agents, hand them a list of people to call, and pull back outcomes, summaries, transcripts and recordings.

What you can build

  • Lead qualification: new leads from your CRM get a call within minutes, and the answers land back on the record.
  • Appointment reminders and confirmations: call a list each morning and record who confirmed, rescheduled or asked for a callback.
  • Order and requirement capture: the agent takes an order or writes up what the caller needs, and you get it back with the call.
  • Agent management at scale: create and update agents from code, for example one per branch or per product.

How it works

Set up an agent

An agent is the voice on the call: its prompt, greeting, voice, language and tools. Create one in the dashboard or with POST /agents.

Create a campaign

A campaign is a list of contacts for one agent to call. Send the contacts with POST /campaigns/json, including any of your own ids in extra.

Launch it

POST /campaigns/{campaign_id}/launch starts dialing. Calls run in parallel on Resonera's telephony.

Collect the results

A call.ended webhook delivers each call's status, outcome and summary to your server as soon as it finishes, with your extra attached so it maps straight back to your record. You can also read results any time with GET /calls.
